The founder of Digital Creativity in Disability, Max is a serial entrepreneur whose products and services are making a huge difference to people's lives across the UK.

Patrick talks to the fascinating Phil Rigby, who is Commissioning and Contracts Manager at Liverpool City Council as well as leading the iNnovation Network: a group of commissioners, service providers and creatives who try to better understand and influence the health and social care landscape in Liverpool.
