This podcast is an invitation to explore life, and our experience of it, more deeply. We’ll explore with an open heart, open mind and real curiosity - without agenda - simply in the Spirit of Enquiry.
I’m a Change Coach and I explore this with my clients and it opens them up to a new and more contented way of being, so I wanted to share this more broadly.

Episode 15 - with Piers Thurston on the transformative benefits of ‘Quality of Mind’ in business
Piers Thurston joined me this week on the podcast to talk about the value of the ‘Quality of Mind’ understanding in business.
We talk about what the understanding is, or what it points to, which is quite different to more traditional change or improvement type programmes. Plus how it can increase performance and well-being in any business or organisation.
We talk about the self, as an entity, being an illusion and how seeing this directly offers so much freedom and more access to powerful innate resources. This can offer transformative benefits in life and business.

Episode 14 - with Eliah Prichard on Processing Emotions for Lifelong Emotional Wellness
In this episode I speak with Eliah Prichard, an emotions coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator.
Eliah’s work is primarily around promoting healthy emotional regulation and emotional freedom. Her clients go from overwhelm and frustration, to being secure and empowered when it comes to their emotions.
It’s an holistic practice towards healing - integrating the body, mind, emotions and belief. I think it’s very powerful and could help anyone.

Episode 11 - with Special Guest Jacqueline Hollows on Finding Human Potential in the UK Prison System
My special guest today shares the inspiring story of her work in the UK prison system over the past 10 years.
Jacqueline Hollows, coach and author of “Wing of an Angel” offers hope for true rehabilitation and a scalable model of change. The prison residents who are impacted by her program often go on to share and teach others, causing a ripple effect.
Her work uncovers the human potential available to everyone, when we recognise how we all really operate. It takes one simple realisation, or insight, to change your life in the moment.
Her message is empowering for us all. Anyone can have an impact, simply by being present with another human and sharing unconditional love and hope over fear.

Episode 10 - with Special Guest Dr Amy Johnson on Overcoming Anxiety & Habits
My special guest, Dr Amy Johnson, has been a Change Coach (specifically) for over 15 years and helps people end unwanted habits and anxiety, without relying on willpower.
We talk about how being curious and really feeling into what’s arising is the paradoxical way real and lasting change occurs.
We talk about anxiety and habits as examples, but what we discuss can help with any apparent personal problem or obstacle.
See Amy’s website https://dramyjohnson.com for details of her courses and lots of helpful resources.
