Alexander Witt ,

I love this podcast

It's already a hidden gem and a must for any entrepreneur. The podcast is for all those looking for an alternative to the cookie-cutter part of the start-up scene where VC-dominated founders with mediocre products or services born in thoughtland want to scale their business as quickly as possible, no matter what the cost.

This podcast showcases a new generation of entrepreneurs, purpose-driven founders, and business owners with exceptional well-crafted products and services whose success is not solely determined by their businesses' growth in profit.

The witty and energetic host of the show, CEO of a thriving tech company from the Boston area, interviews guests who belong to the exciting part of the start-up scene.

The interviews cover topics like the future and purpose of work, the hustle mentality in start-up land, people-first and remote-organizations, and so many more.

What works exceptionally well for me is the show's end, where the host and his super charming sidekick reflect on the interview.

While the show is jammed with insights from the business world, it's entertaining never the less. The show is produced exceptionally well, and the host and co-host work fantastic together. They pull it off!
