On today’s special bonus episode, recorded live from the Road to Majority Conference in Washington, D.C., put on by the Faith and Freedom Coalition, I was able to sit down with Georgia State Senator Shawn Still. While new to public office, Shawn became instantly embroiled in the Big Fani Willis RICO case surrounding Donald Trump, having been also charged in that case.
We spend the opening of the interview discussing how the indictment occurred and what he has been doing since to fight it. While a few people took plea deals to avoid the cost, Shawn is focused on clearing his name and in showing everyone that he is yet another victim of lawfare.
Shawn is the owner and president of Olympic Pool Plastering & Shotcrete, the largest swimming pool subcontractor in the Southeastern US. He employs over 100 Georgians in his Gwinnett-based company.
During his first legislative session, he sponsored or co-sponsored 75 of the 211 Senate bills signed into law. Shawn hit the ground running for the citizens of Georgia and the 48th district. His consistent voting record has drawn the attention of multiple conservative and business-oriented organizations who trust him to fight for good policy under the Gold Dome. He was named the 2023 freshman legislator of the year by the Georgia Chamber.

Today’s Friday episode opens, as is customary, with Tara Bull’s Top 10 News Items the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn’t tell you about this week. It’s always great to go through those in rapid-fire style before diving into the news stack.
Nothing says celebrating Independence Day like illegal migrants on the streets of Philadelphia lighting American flags on fire, while waving those of Palestine and Hamas. And, since I’m discussing pro-Hamas, pro-terrorist, anti-Semite, anti-Constitutional, anti-America people, let’s check out four members of the Squad. It seems Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) all chose not to wish their constituents a Happy 4th of July.
Today’s jobs report is not nearly as good as the Left wants you to believe. Plus, they quietly revised the past two months numbers down over 111,000 jobs. We also saw unemployment go up to 4.1%. And, 74% of the jobs were in the public sector or healthcare.
Next, we spend time going through more tap-dancing from the Leftist media outlets and their proxies. Joe Biden told Democrat Governors that he needs to get more sleep and not work so hard. The AP said Biden is “sharp and focused, but sometimes confused and forgetful.” That ought to help. Joe Scarborough has found a 3rd position to take on Biden’s debate performance. Peter Baker, Chief White House correspondent for the NYTimes put out a tweet where it is so hard to decide which side he favors as a “journalist.”
Olivia Nuzzi with New York Magazine wants us to know she first heard about the disturbed interactions people were having with Joe Biden starting in January, but it took her seven months to finally write her story. She must really suck at what she does.
Little Brian Stelter was back on his on CNN and wants us to believe Democrats are must more pious and sanctified because they are at least having the conversation over replacing Joe Biden. Those waskily wepublicans are sticking with a “convicted felon.”
VP Kamala Harris is on the damage control bandwagon. She is selling the tale that Joe is just as sharp and as on the ball as ever. He just had a bad night, but we need to give him some time to show the world he’s totally fine. Similarly, the self-appointed consiglere of the Biden Crime Family Syndicate is out pushing the same narrative.
Axios, however, may have revealed the most concerning item to today. It seems three of Jill Biden’s closest advisers and confidants are the ones surrounding Joe Biden, where he’s lost all independence. I don’t remember voting for Annie, Ashley and Anthony, the triple A’s, to call the shots.
We start to wind down with the State Supreme Court in Wisconsin shooting down the law preventing ballot drop boxes. Seems they are pretty focused on being able to use them for cheating once again. We remind you of Kamala’s soft bigotry of low-expectation stance regarding voter ID laws. And, we remind you that the VP is a very low-IQ person, even when she tries so hard to sound smart.

Veterans Strategic Solutions was created to form alliances and strategic coalitions, irrespective of political affiliation, in order to enlighten, inform and increase awareness and to enhance the survival of the veteran public, who individually would not have the strength nor the power of such influential alliances. John has also formed relationships with Congress and Committee members with the intention of bettering the lives of veterans and their families.
As a result of the above relationships, John has been instrumental in linking a Congressional Sponsor and a Senate Sponsor of separate bills. Together they formulated what eventually became known as the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA Act).

Today’s show opens with two members of the The Squad and how they do not put America or the Constitution first. We recap a bit of AOC’s tantrum and threat to file impeachment charges against the members of the Supreme Court of the United States who refuse to do what she tells them. Then, we recap a rally in Ilhan Omar’s district where the Prime Minister of Somalia tells everyone that Ilhan does not do what’s good for her, for Minnesota or the United States. Illhan does what’s good for Somalia.
We then continue our deep dive into the Legacy/mainstream media playing CYA in the wake of Joe Biden’s disastrous debate performance. The net of it is they have painted themselves into a corner with a catch-22. Either they were aiding the White House and the Democrat party in hiding Joe Biden’s ever-increasing cognitive issues, making them untrustworthy, or they were so bad at their job they never caught onto it until Thursday day, making them untrustworthy.
While the talk of making VP Kamala Harris the nominee, I wanted to illustrate just how little has been done to reveal her own checkered background. For instance, when she was initially running for the nomination in 2019, she told a story from her book that supposedly happened to her as a little girl. Unfortunately for her, we know she plagiarized that story from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s autobiography. Imagine what will happen is there is a serious effort to show the American people the whole of her background?
In a bombshell report, a whistleblower in the FBI said they are intentionally screening out it’s members if they are too conservative. It goes back to what I’ve been saying about President Obama’s plan to hire the most radical people he could find to eventually transform our government.
A NYTimes staffer on their daily podcast accidentally stumbled over the truth about the SCOTUS immunity ruling. It’s actually fun to watch someone suddenly realize what the SCOTUS actually said and how it really applies.
Speaking of SCOTUS, I read to you an expert from a liberal Harvard law professor, Lawrence Tribe, about then nominee, Judge Sonia Sotomayor. He said she wasn’t nearly as bright as she pretends and is known for being a bully. Just a quick reminder that Barack knew he was doing a DEI hire and not a qualified one.
At the National Weather Service, with teleprompters to aid, President Biden gave us not one, but two gaffs. The first was one where he seemed to indicate his policies are meant to “expand energy shortages.” Then, the teleprompter got him to read the stage directions of “Say that again.”
As to character counting for President, Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) gives a wonderful example about Donald Trump. In less than 75 seconds, he illustrates how Trump deals with our enemies versus how Biden does.
Finally, and off the political track, it was on this day, July 3, 1985, that first film in a masterful trilogy dropped in movie theaters. In honor of that event, I play the trailer for the Robert Zemeckis film, Back to the Future.

Today’s show first opens with the real job openings and how the Biden Department of Labor is intentionally fudging the numbers by flooding the federal workforce with employees who don’t produce a thing toward our GDP or our economy. The government cannot do a thing without first confiscating our wealth through taxes.
The next big chunk of the show is dedicated to the continued fallout from last Thursday’s debate and the efforts by Democrat leadership do figure out how to stay in power. That’s a topic I found myself circling back to throughout the show. The Democrat leadership is not interesting in solving inflation or the border or the economy. They are not interesting in addressing issues in our domestic and foreign policy. They don’t really even care about Joe Biden. They only want to do whatever it takes to stay in power.
There is also another wrinkle that the Democrats have been having to tackle. The Biden-Harris campaign has a massive war chest. If Joe drops out or is removed via the 25th Amendment, FEC rules still limit what can be done with those funds. It’s a financial pickle that is of the Democrats own making.
Then we jump into Joe Biden’s four minute speech yesterday on the heels of the SCOTUS immunity decision. Not only was the speech vomit-inducing, but we got to see the teleprompter mess with Joe Biden again as he read the stage direction “end of quote.” Biden tried to liken himself to George Washington and bemoaned the importance of character. Well, guess what, Joe? Character has always mattered. The reason the country is in the condition it is can be directly attributed to his lack of character!
In reality, the one person who continues to flout the Constitution and ignore the rule of law has been Joe Biden. His entire regime is one example after another of ignoring separation of power and the laws of our land. Whether it’s student debt forgiveness, ignoring our immigration laws, using OSHA to force people to take an experimental gene therapy or using the DOJ to wage lawfare, the Biden regime is replete with examples of their utter lawlessness.
In a tease for tomorrow, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) promises to file articles of impeachment against the justices she doesn’t like. She is a petulant child throwing an adult-sized temper tantrum.
We end on a survey of voter excitement, showing Trump voters as much more engaged in the election as compared to Biden voters. And, we get a sound bite from Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) from his appearance on the Sage Steele Show. He reminds the audience that it’s not about demographics, it’s about capabilities. It’s a reminder that Trump is running on a positive message of bringing all of us together, versus Joe Biden who is running on division and hatred.
