A wonderful addition to Balance

I have not quite listened to lots of episodes, yet added it the moment I heard Balance has its own Podcast.

Even with the few episodes I listened to, I can advocate the show’s numerous insights, tips, and connections to general events happening all around us. It works great in the face of inclusion: connecting meditation to your environment.

I hope Well Balanced finds further viewership and is spread to all in need.
