On this weeks episode, I have an entrepreneur who has reached an incredible milestone in his career. Exiting the business he co-founded at just 39, in an industry record breaking deal. Matt has spent the vast majority of his young career based in London, after graduating from Cardiff University in 2002. In that 18 year span, he successfully built up a multi-million pound company in the recruitment industry. This company instantly cut itself a desirable market share in a competitive sector. Launching itself as the Green Recruitment Company, in 2010, it was well ahead of the trend of green marketing, as this company does most of its business in sustainable, green and renewable markets . Focussing on this ethical niche, Matts' company has enjoyed a great deal of growth. Now Matt, is an industry leaders, large employer, innovator but before all, an entrepreneur.

In this hour and a half, me and Matt take a deep dive in the recruitment industry, what it take to be an entrepreneur in 2020 at a certain level of business, finance, leadership, motivation and much, much more.
