Most African countries especially South Sudan suffer from lack of youth involvement in what makes the economy work, TEDI a social enterprise initiative seek to change this by solving social problem through business solutions. in this podcast we look at what the good, the bad, the ugly and what can be done to alleviate the stagnancy in this sector. this podcast is hosted by Mamuch John, Matai Muon, & Chany Wicgoal respectivly.

The Missing Middle: Positioning the South Sudanese Women and Youth for the 21st Century World
the future of work is rapidly changing. Multiple reports suggest that there is a real need to adapt to the changing job landscape. In the context of South Sudan, the majority poor - women and youth seems to be ill-prepared for the future ahead. There is a clear gap between the job market and the skills that currently exist today. Worse so, the entrepreneurial culture if any, looks nascent. Businesses are generally not sustainable. Education of the day is not delivering and the investment landscape does not look good for this group. All these and other questions will be put forward to our panels for discussion.
