Amazing podcast. More like an ongoing education in fitness and health, but with cutting-edge topics and research. I only listen to a handful of podcasts because I am limiting my inputs to few very high quality sources — and this podcast is right at the core of that.

Find your way, and stay on track

Listening to these approximately 1hour weekly podcasts for the past year has helped me find the resources *I* needed to get healthy--everything from diet, to supplements, to recovering from an auto-immune disease, to exercise and general activity advice, to practical non-woo woo advice about meditation and sleep. They also serve as a weekly morale boost to help me stay on track with my goals, and they help me feel connected to a larger community of like-minded individuals. Even when the topics covered in a particular podcast don't on the surface seem applicable to my situation, I often get a good idea and benefit from feeling that my knowledge is being broadened, deepened, and reinforced. With all the conflicting ideas out there, figuring out how to heal and get healthy can seem daunting; making that change is hard; and keeping momentum going and not slipping back into mainstream lifestyle patterns is even harder. Listening to the Ben Greenfield Fitness Podcast can help you figure out what *you* need to do, get you started, and help keep you motivated.
