Spring is in the Air!
In this episode, I will be reading a very simple meditation that was provided to me during my Meditation Teacher Training. It will allow us to bring gentle awareness to our bodies, our breath, and our thoughts and as we simply observe, we will also begin to notice moments of peace, stillness, and calmness.
