Plenty of room for improvement!

This review is directed mostly at the show host and production, which i hope will take it seriously.

I listened to about half a dozen episodes of the Model Health Show, and learned a lot from it. Among other things, it has encouraged me to be more mindful of the moment i sit down to eat, and to pick up an "airport fiction" book to shamelessly read, enjoy, and benefit from. There's a lot praiseworthy about this show --- the enthusiastic host, his knowlegeable guests, the way most of the advice in the show is framed in a way that should be accessible to most people to implement immediately --- i like that it's not the kind of show in which each episode explains to you how you should redesign how you spend 10% of your time, which nobody will do, of course.

Two things annoy me about it though, to the point that i can no longer afford to listen to it.

1) Way too much advertisement. Is the advertisement that much worth it? I would consider paying $1/month on Patreon in order to be able to listen to this show without any of the 5 minutes of product placement or so every single episode includes.

2) I also find the host a bit repetitive at times, and feel like the hour-long episodes could likely be packed into 20-minute episodes, except perhaps for some of the interviews --- but even many of those could likely be shortened --- i feel like they often drag longer than they are really interesting and informative. I suppose some liisteners might find the repetition pedagogical, but i would rather listen to an episode again, or parts of it, than listen to an hour of reshashing what has just been said in a million different ways.

So, three stars: it's a good show, that could become way better!
