Mental health awareness
I go into mental health, dive into the common denominators being Anxiety and Depression that are a precursor to other mental health disorders, and how stigmas attached to these issues don't help those involved. I also share some tips on how to manage anxiety, depression and mental health disorders as well as help avenues that can be used or accessed to help you.
I also touch on some things happening at the moment in our society as well as share some of my own personal stories.
