My favorite fitness & motivation podcast!
I love everything about this podcast. I really like to listen to all these different fitness aproaches and journeys, the ups and downs, the successes and mistakes that everybody makes because you can relate to them. I also love hearing about their relationship with food, what works, what doesn’t work and how this is different for everybody. And I think that the best of all are the real conversations between Ethan and the guests and the openness and relaxed attitude and true inspiration that they share with us all.
