    There's a LOT more to cover about health (both mental and physical) than we have time for here, but we are sharing some background on rough beginnings and some basics that we have learned as busy moms who started out just seeking help for ourselves, which turned into building an incredibly intrinsically rewarding business for ourselves by helping other women out there who feel the same struggles in their bodies and minds.
