TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR OWN LIFE.
In this episode I will talk about how important it is to take control of your own life and hold yourself accountable, the only person you can blame anything on is yourself. You will face challenges that will seem too large for you to battle, the key is to keep your head held high and attack the problem with full force. Don't care what others think, do what makes you happy and always remember to do it for yourself because know one else will.

You have to be willing to be uncomfortable until things get to be a little more tolerable. In this episode I will talk about mental health and ways I believe you can work towards improving yours. I will discuss the power of believing in yourself and the importance of having discipline to get the things you want in life.
