She tells us about tools you can use to increase your emotion vocabulary, such as a mood meter or a feelings wheel. Emotions are like tunnels, you have to go through it to get to the other side. We also talk about overly identify with our emotions & thinking Of your feelings(emotions) as the Weather!!! And using RAIN(recognizing, allowing, identifying, and nurturing) to work through it.

    I recently heard Mike speak at a coaching event and this was by far my favorite one. I also believe that when someone has actually gone through all the things(chronic diet, body dysmorphia, orthorexia) you know they've done the work. We talk about both of our journeys and we go into detail about the 4 Pillars above. When it comes down to it, the nutrition and the working out are the easy part, its the mindset shift. When the conditions stay the same, but your behavior changes then there is progress! Celebrating when bad shit DOESN'T happen.
