For 16 years Dru has been sober from his addiction of alcohol. Getting there was quite a story. Learning about shadow work was vital. And knowing how they're connected is necessary. 

We give a quick and dirty episode to start 2022 talking about the ability to respond aka responsibility in owning your "house", why blame is toxic and how it can feed the shadow. 

Seasonal depression attacks many this time of year. It also can pull up some ugly parts of your shadow in the process. Dru tells a story or two and his own battle with his own depression getting stacked with Seasonal Depression.
