Stress and resilience
In this episode Heather and Dave talk to Luigi Sciambarella about stress. The nature of it and how we can deal with it in a positive way. We all need a certain amount of stress in our lives, but it is when it slips our control that we have to look at it in more depth. Your stress levels are unique to you, and so the ways of dealing with it will be unique as well. The challenge is in finding those methods. Hopefully this podcast can help somewhat towards that.
