    EP3 - INTRINSIC UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR OWN BODY

    Learn to listen to your body - because it's talking to you and it has something to say! 

    It's telling you signals every minute of the day, some are easy to interpret and some take time to figure out what it's saying and how to react.

    These may come in the form of internal feelings; from gut signals such as hunger, to intolerances of various foods.

    Sometimes the simple feeling of fatigue and being tired, can be our body's way of saying.. you need to stop for a moment, while I recover, unpack, process and rebuild.

    Becoming aware and knowing how to respond to these signals will make you more in tune with your body and have a better relationship with it. Doing this will allow it to work with you, and not against you.
