In this podcast, I express my gratitude for seeing two neurosurgeons who helped me overcome much of my chronic pain. One of them performed four neurosurgeries while another affirmed the surgeries were successful and that what I needed most was to exercise more given the extent of muscle atrophy I endured between six surgeries in seven years.
