Francisca is an accredited practicing Dietician whose special areas of interest are fertility and pregnancy.

food and nutrition and went on to complete her honors in nutrition science and then her Masters In Nutrition Dietetics.

In this episode I talk with the beautiful Sarah O'sullivan about her journey of trying conceive. Sarah shares with us her story of how her and her husband conceived naturally to having to undergo IVF and three embryo transfers. Sarah shares her latest journey of the sudden loss of her beautiful angel baby Leo at 11w+3days. This story is about the courage, bravery and strength that we IVF mummas have as we gain the FIGHT to keep going no matter what the universe throws at us. In this episode I interview Dr Ray Yoong who is a Obstetrician and Gynocologist who specialises is fertility treatment. Dr Ray Yoong or as I call him Ray Ray was my very own fertility specialist, gyno and OB. I was lucky enough to interview him on all things infertility and answer some important questions.

This episode is my opinion from my own experiences on how to support a friend/family member going through a fertility journey. I discuss things to say, things not to say and how to tell a friend or family member you are pregnant.

This ep is simply taking the piss out of the shit we go through as women/womxn in the gynaecological world! I tell my personal stories of the many wonderful internals, embryo transfers and just simply feeling like all of Adelaide has seen my vagina! This ep is simply for people to listen and hopefully resonate and understand that they aren’t alone in feeling vulnerable and awkward in the wonderful world of gynaecological issues.
