The third eye chakra is located between your two eye brows to the middle of your forehead. A blocked or overactive third eye chakra limits your intuitions and your clarity. Throat chakra is used for communication between you and others. A blocked or overactive throat chakra could be that you are lying to others or yourself, you have difficulty communicating your truth to others, you may have thyroid problems, or sinus/ chronic sore throat. Crystals that you can use to clear this chakra are: aquamarine, lapis lazuli, blue calcite, and blue kyanite.
