Best podcast on self-help

I really enjoy these podcasts, I like the positivity of its messages and the soothing voice of Karel. Although I still have so much struggle to apply the advices to myself; I understand that I need to learn a lot and deal with bad habits and thoughts I have. Listening to this podcast helps me a lot.
