#5a - Dr Robert Glover - The Nice Guy Syndrome

First part of a conversation with Dr Robert Glover, author of 'No More Mr Nice Guy' and 'Dating Essentials for Men'.

In this conversation we talk about all things from people pleasing, to boundaries, co-dependency and the nice guy phenomenon, Dr Glover gives his take on how to move from a passive resentful victim to an empowered integrated male.

I enjoyed this conversation a lot, Dr Glover was very personable and had a lot of interesting things to say on the nature and origins of people pleasing, martyr and victim patterns and why and how to overcome them.
