    Are you considering starting a Keto diet and looking for a coach or advice on the internet? It can be hard to decide who’s the right fit for you and your lifestyle. One of the most important things you need to do is make sure that you and your Keto coach are on the same page when it comes to your desired goals and lifestyle. Communication is key when working with a Keto coach or mentor, so that you get off to the best start possible when beginning your journey.
    It's easy to feel lost trying to figure out what kind of advice works best for your lifestyle and body type—especially when everyone has different opinions about what works best for them. A good coach or mentor will encourage an individual approach to the process of transitioning into a successful ketogenic lifestyle.
    But for so many keto "gurus" out there, it is their way or the highway. They may insist on strict keto, clean/whole foods only, no processed or fast food, macro tracking, complicated meal prep, repetitive meals, and no cheating. They may forbid certain foods like breads and pasta.
    But that kind of approach doesn't suit most people. It's just not realistic. We are too busy and too social to make that kind of lifestyle work long-term. It's too restrictive for most people.
