Hi, it’s Pascale. I wish you a Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas this year with your loved ones, family and friends!
I am so grateful to you, my listeners. Thank you for taking the time every week to discover how to create more balance and harmony in your life.
It’s a triple merry this year because I know that times are changing, and change is not always easy to handle straightforwardly.
My wish for you is to keep uplifting your spirit despite the circumstances.

How did you get on with week 4 high-value action steps?
Let me remind you what they were:
1. Express gratitude to awaken the joy in your heart.
2. Reconnect with what brings you the greatest joy.
3. Be content and mindful of the present moment.
In this episode, I want to commemorate someone special. A dear friend, Asa. He is no longer with us. May you rest in peace, dear Asa.
Asa loved photography and was a fantastic observer of the beauty in nature.
He could capture the moment so well. Additionally, Asa could see the beauty in nature in a way we usually do not look at things because it is so detailed and in places we never think of. His photos always touched my heart. Looking back, he reminded us to have a much closer look at the beauty that surrounds us. Thank you, Asa!
