Immature and misinformed

This is for an audience that wants to be entertained, not informed. They are a fun but highly self-absorbed duo who are passing their personal experiences as general health and fitness guidelines which I think is irresponsible. The whole push harder/go get it fitness guilting message is dangerous, especially given the amount of females who listen to you. Sarah positions herself as someone who cares about hormone health but your message is highly inconsistent and misinformed - educate yourself and bring on female health experts (and more diverse please!) rather than your friends and gym bros who practice intermittent fasting and other bio hacking tricks that wreak havoc on women’s bodies. Finally, Kurt’s childlike sexist comments and Sarah’s constant apologizing for talking about periods just shows that these two still have a lot of maturing to do.
