Matt’s joining us both to bring you a spicy little ep and to give a males perspective!
First up, what is a more powerful text response; complete silence, the old “I’m disappointed” line or hitting them with some real honest thoughts aka abuse.
My friend is struggling with her mental health. I’ve tried to be there for her but she won’t even help herself. Is it ok for me to pull away from her? And if so when and how?
The old break up get back together cycle. How many times is too many times? When do you pull the pin for good and move on with life!?

Foster Girlfriend, Dickmatized and Kittenfishing - Talking modern day dating terminologies
Lifers, it's Tuesday and we are back with a hot little episode to get in your ear holes.
In case you haven't noticed navigating the modern dating world is bloody hard... not rocket science hard, more like rubic's cube hard - but we are here to make it that little bit easier for you.
On todays episode we are unpacking all the obscure dating terminologies that explain all the messed up behaviour you might experience, hey maybe you're guilty of doing some of it yourself.
But before we dissect what the hell things like 'flashpanning' and 'eclipsing' are, we both have recommendations for you and we also have a more serious conversation around consent.
The VIC government has recently passed legislation making consent a mandatory part of school sexual education curriculum and we discuss why a former school students petition was the catalyst for change and why consent is an inextricable part of sexual education.
If you would like to read the ABC article for yourself click here
This episode discusses themes of sexual assault and consent, if this is triggering for you and you need to reach out for help you can get support here

HUSTLE CULTURE - The too busy trap
It's Thursday guys but this week due to Britt's loss of voice we had to switch things around so this is our big juicy episode!
First up, Britt receives an insta DM that wasn't meant for her.
Should cosmetic clinics be telling us all the things that are 'wrong' with us!? We think not.
Ahhhh the hustle. The grind. The never ending list of things to do. Sound familiar? Why do we feel like to be successful we have to be running around like a chicken with it's head cut off? Always a million miles an hour, always hustling. In fact, as a society, we tend to glorify the hustle, as if if is something we should aspire to! But should we? Does busyness equate to success? Does busyness equate to productivity? Let's unpack that hustlers.
Don't forget to join the facebook discussion group and follow us on insta @lifeuncutpodcast and if you loved the ep, tell your mum, tell your dad, tell your dog and tell your friends and share the love, because, well, we love love. x

He loves ME... He loves me NOT. TALKING UNREQUITED LOVE
Ever loved someone that didn't love you back?! Samesies.
It sucks. It's called unrequited love and if you answered no chances are you're telling a fib, or you may still have that heartbreak ahead of you, lucky you! I say this because research says roughly 98% of the population has been on either one or both sides of an unrequited love. Hey, at least you're not alone!
The fact is, there will be times when we have strong feelings toward someone, when we imagine a life with them, when we only think about them, obsess over them and are completely preoccupied by them, only to find out that they do not feel the same way about us. This one-sided experience that can leave us feeling really shitty and feeling a lot of pain, grief, embarrassment, rejection and shame. It's shitty and confusing and it sucks. So let's unpack it.
Oh, and have you guys seen all this stuff about Celeb spell check? It's juicy and controversial and if you don't know what we are talking about come and get amongst it.
If you love the ep you know the drill! Tell your friends and well, anyone else that will listen. Hit subscribe, 5 stars and leave a review if you're feeling extra fancy.
