A must listen

I am so pleased this podcast exists. I’ve just listened to the episode with Ned Hallowell and it has genuinely changed my mindset. I’ve been diagnosed a year and really struggling to accept my diagnosis. The way Ned spoke about ADHD was so good to hear, and I’ll be saving this episode to relisten to help reset if I get stuck in a rut again.

An absolute ‘must not miss one episode’ of a podcast. Really helping me to manage my yet undiagnosed ADHD symptoms. Well done Alex 🙌
Intelligent insights, delivered in a genuine tone

I’ve had ADHD Chatter sitting in my Spotify library most of this year, and just listened to my first episode with (Dr James Kustow). Excellent content with some very useful insights. Above this, the genuine tone & relaxed humour of Alex’s delivery was extremely refreshing. So now really looking forward to working through the ‘back issues’.
Omg I’m so surprised by this episode

I can totally relate to this episode, I’ve always said I felt amazing the first day of my period and also while pregnant, so happy and so energised. Also having PCOS my cycle was so all over the place. I’m Now 46, when I was 34 everything spiralled I had the worst PMT to the point I had to retreat to my room for around 5-6 days before my one day period. I was always moody but not like it was happening when I hit peri menopause. I felt like I was going crazy. I had to have the implant in my arm to stop my period because I just could t cope with it. No 46 I have no energy I constantly crash and feel very overwhelmed a lot of the time especially when tired. This episode has really confirmed I’m doing g the right thing in applying to be assessed for adhd. Which is currently being done.
