Hey Shereen, it is always so nice to listen to your thoughts on this subject because of how real and honest you are. Just the other day I was speaking to my therapist and the exact words I used when asked to describe the feelings I had about certain situations at work which were anger, disappointment, guilt for not doing more, letting things happen and not standing up for myself or others. And hear you are in your first podcast saying the exact same thing.
