A Muslim & A Jew Go There

In a world of polarisation and populism, it’s so refreshing to hear frank exchanges that open up the common ground between British Jews and Muslims, and indeed the rest of us! Do hope they return for a second season soon!

Seeing things from Muslim and Jewish perspectives have given me so much insight into those communities and taught me a lot about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I find it very interesting hearing the perspectives from different viewpoints and cannot wait for more episodes.

If Israel flattened Gaza and killed every Palestinian what would be the response? Although the west have shown in reality they don’t care, they couldn’t be seen to stand by after that, that’s the only reason they haven’t done it, come on David, I know you are a very intelligent man, if you could forget that bias for just a second and ask yourself, if Netanyahu could press a button and kill every single Palestinian man women and child in a second without consequence we all know he would as quickly as Hitler would do it to the Jews in the 40’s. He doesn’t see them as human and if any group of people should understand the nature of dehumanisation it should be the Jews! Lest we forget.

I’m so glad I discovered this podcast. Fan of David’s books which my son loves and share Baroness Warsi’s values on many things. It’s refreshing hearing both Jewish and Muslim viewpoints on current events.
