Fascinating and practical

So many good and interesting ideas presented in an approachable way. There’s no chance I could try all these ideas out, but a few of them are certainly possible without too much effort. I like the realism of the podcast – we’re not all going to make radical shifts to our lifestyle or diet, but all of us are able to make some small tweaks that move us in the right direction. I’m not so convinced by the way each episode takes one person and gets them to make the change for a week or two - some of these ideas would take longer to take effect – but the combination of research, data, storytelling and anecdotes makes this an enjoyable and valuable podcast.
Will be hugely missed

Michael’s regular 15 minute nuggets of wisdom and insights into theories of good health were brilliant. Like many others I have either tried or applied many of the tips and approaches to healthy living. His good humour and good intent will be greatly missed.
