Excellent resource

Enjoy these podcasts and the nature in which they encourage good health. Please do an episode on healthspan consistency for attention disorders. Having recently listened to the ADHD Unwired episodes on life expectancy would be very interested in a LLAMA episode on the mental health barriers to mastering ageing. Thank you.

Love It

Have listened to most if not all of this series of podcasts and find the topic fascinating. It is very inspirational most weeks although I must admit the latest episode made me think I should just go to the pub and to hell with it. Just joking Peter. Keep up the good work!

Interesting guest excellent interviewer

I am enjoying listening to these podcasts many guests will inspire you. Not every episode is going to appeal to all but that’s fine. The calm Welsh voice is an antidote to many US podcasts.
