Great podcast!
I have shared so many episodes with my Mum & friends & bought a couple of books after the insightful conversations as I want to learn more. Thanks Sarah for your enthusiasm & interest in these subjects.
Glp1 William Li
What a dreadful inaccurate podcast
Sarah really needs to get her facts right about this medication
Firstly you cannot buy it from supermarket shelves, it is a prescription medication
Secondly quoting supposedly possibly side effects experienced by one celebrity is misleading and cheap!
I am a diabetic nurse
These drugs have been used for several years to help obese diabetic patients with very good effects
Now used for weight loss is a game changer for so many people
With any medication the user needs to be informed and monitored by a health professional
These are evidence based scientifically researched
They have many health benefits
I have never heard such a lot of biased inaccurate information broadcast on a ‘health’ podcast
Shameful
Interesting topics spoiled by presenter
The podcast explores some fascinating issues with some great guests. Unfortunately the presenter ruins the listening experience by interjecting with ‘mm-hmm’ every few seconds. Very distracting.
