Today I'm very pleased to introduce you to mark Herschberg from New York City, author of "The Career Toolkit - essential skills for success that no one taught you" and developer of the accompanying app. 
 
Mark studied at MIT, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in physics, a further Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and again on to a Master of Engineering in the same subject, but this time with a specific focus on cryptography. 
Here he also helped to start the undergraduate practice opportunities program dubbed MIT's career success accelerator where he teaches annually, Mark spent his career launching and developing new business ventures and has considerable knowledge and experience in networking, negotiating, communicating leading and career planning, just to name a few. 

As a Purchasing and Supply Chain professional, the art of negotiation is a must have skill. Purchasing / Procurement people are exposed to many types and styles of negotiation which are affected by culture, language, terminology, emotions and more. 

Mark is an expert negotiator and that is the theme for this podcast.
