The ‘why’
I just re-listened to the first podcast I ever listened to, but also probably my favourite - Moonrise.
13 minutes to the moon is great and all, but it’s very much the ‘how’ of what for humans to the moon. (13 minutes was my second podcast listen lol).
Moonrise looks much more at the why, the political and cultural drivers of what got people to the moon.
It also has beautiful sound design throughout
So if you like podcasts and space history it might be worth a listen 😀
Brilliantly done.
I couldn't stop imagining JFK looking into the beady eyes of the puppy as the background fades into a fiery nightmare of failing rocket launches with drunken Russian laughter echoing in the distance.

Banal and stupid
The most banal, stupid podcast I’ve ever come across. Worth listening to because it demonstrates how low the standard of podcast narrative has become. It’s over the top superlatives, overly dramatic music track and desperate attempt to weave a dramatic plot out of nothing is brilliantly bad. Do listen. Don’t copy.
