Both moving and informative

I was late to this podcast, but it has prompted me to go back and watch the documentary again. A great insight into how it came to be, and why certain aspects were focused on. Both moving and informative. Learnt a lot. Highly recommended.

Can’t stand the vocal fry on the female presenter ruins it for me and made unlistenable
Brilliant Accompanimemt

This gives a brilliant further insight and back up to the fantastic series. It provides further information on the sources of incredible material used. What I love also are the frank discussions about attitudes towards the war and some of the main incidents and the emotions they provoked in the day, provoke now and like they did with me.
Brilliant backup to TV series

I have been listening to these podcasts after each episode of the documentaries. Very well produced and a fascinating insight into how the series was made as well as background info. Great interviewing. Indispensable if you are interested.
