Spoilt rotten from a young age Ronald Jnr never takes any responsibility for his actions.
His motives and explanations never make much sense but include the obligatory it was “The Mob”!
His act defies explanation, but its what happens in the aftermath that made this case famous, but even that is surrounded in mystery. 

It goes onto spawn the cult classic 1979 film The Amityville Horror.
