From 2011 to 2018 he was the Artistic Director of Baltimore Center Stage, and he was Artistic Director for the Festival of Black arts and Culture, Senegal, in 2010. His series of eight short films, Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle, was shown on BBC4 in 2019. He is a patron of Ballet Black and a visiting fellow of Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University.

In 2013, she was appointed as shadow Minister for Pensions in Ed Miliband's shadow front bench team at the Department for Work and Pensions. Prior to this she spent her professional career as an economist working for the Bank of England, the British Embassy in Washington and at Halifax Bank of Scotland.

Excellent, short enough to concentrate

Very good for leaders of all levels, short enough that you can concentrate on it, and simple language (no offence!) that everyone can relate to.
