Nutrition Knowledge God and all round down to earth guy

Love listening to this podcast when I am out running. It’s my favourite podcast and I enjoy listening to each and every podcast including the off tangent tales and thoughts.
His knowledge on nutrition is second to none and he is able to put this knowledge across in a way in which everyone is able to understand, whether you are in the field yourself or just merely have an interest. I have learned a lot from these podcasts about nutrition. Martin is definitely someone to trust - In an industry full of unfounded claims, nonsense and influencers trying to flout the latest craze or ‘product’ to get themselves followers or hits etc, Martin is all about evidence based research and findings. Even when he goes off tangent - it can be entertaining and is generally just a good podcast to listen to. Highly recommend. I’ve never sat down and rated or reviewed anything online before but this one is well deserved. Sam

Honestly find the diversion off topic to be fabulous. Inclusion of alexa as Martin’s personal dictionary is definitely a bonus too.

Best nutrition & life advice around.

Started listening for the informed nutrition advice and guidance while I was starting to up my marathon training to the next level. Stayed and carried on listening as Martin is very clear, honest, evidenced based, no bllsh1t approach, relatable and funny. Questionable knitwear choices but atleast you don’t have to see that on the pod. Had no interest in nutrition learning in a formal way but really thinking about doing the Mac intro/layman's course some day.
