Fantastic fitness podcast(S)

Phil is one of the best people in the fitness industry. He’s knowledgable, honest, and very good at helping coaches, and everyday members of the public. These podcasts are 100% worth listening to, especially if you’re the type of coach who’s looking to make a real difference to your clients lives.

Love the continent of this but struggling to listen with the mouth chomping and heavy breathing down the mic. Had to turn off early :(
