I really like Carries calm and gentle approach to business, I follow lots of podcasts where the presenters are more like radio presenters (which is also fine) and I find Carries calm approach really refreshing and relatable as a bit of an introvert myself. The success Carrie has achieved shows that you don’t need to be loud and shouty. I also love the mix of shorter and longer episodes.
