This is the best podcast I have found this year. Marcus has a refreshing an honest approach to disordered eating and nutrition. He marries science with a holistic understanding of the human psyche, and a genuine compassion for the individualities of our minds. This is no cookie cutter stuff you’ve heard before. So many aha moments in these episodes already! You might want to grab a pen and notepad before you press play.
