I have been following Lucy and Ben since day 1! Everything they have done with the school is ace. The podcast is just another great information gold mind, they are honest and utterly straight up on all topics.

I never needed anything as much as I need this podcast in my life

One criticism

This is a great informative podcast but lots of the words are used incorrectly or mispronounced. E.g. saying ’aspartamine’ when I think you mean aspartame? It’s hard to take the scientific parts seriously when some of the words you’re saying aren’t words...

Helped me so much

I’ve followed Lucy and Ben for a while on Instagram now for inspiration at the gym. I came across them sharing this and I saved it for when I needed some inspiration and advice when I was feeling down. I’ve listened to the stress and anxiety podcast this evening and it’s really helped me with my anxious thoughts to know that there is others like me. Especially with Ben leaving the police force I am in a similar position (he has given me advice on Instagram dm before 🥰)
Your stories really resonated with me and calmed my thoughts, I’d also never heard of ashwagandha so I’m going to give that a go! Will definitely be listening to the other podcasts. Loved it!
