The storyline and Victor were gripping, the Disney commentary did the podcast no justice.

As others have mentioned, the narration on this is absolutely awful - making poor jokes and using the same phrases repeatedly ("there's good money in handbags" over and over). The actual story behind it is one I was interested in and I think would be served better without the constant interruptions from the hosts and also the music - everything was treated like some sort of comedy. I have no idea who's decision it was to frame it in this way but it really does spoil it. I will avoid any podcasts with the same hosts as they take an interesting subject and just ruin it. That's not to say their style might not fit something else - e.g. a brief history of slapstick comedy (which I'd avoid but at least I'd know what to expect). Cannot recommend at all

It is a very informative and funny podcast about a man and a series of events I was unaware of. The hosts' witty asides and sarcastic remarks add to the humour without distracting from the story. Very enjoyable. *****
