Started reading reviews to see if it was worth continuing five episodes in.. I’ve concluded it is probably not. So, this is not as it was initially presented and I think as some others have said, a bit intrusive.

Great production eventually unpeels to be about not very much at all, a life yes but, one feels like you could do this so about many a life, layer on an excellent soundscape, interview some folks that only know a person thru part of their life and you’d have a similar show.

This was an intriguing premise but bad execution. I started to lose interest because they chose to include such long sections of the presenters/producers speculating pointlessly on each new bit of info. I haven’t heard this format in a podcast before and it really doesn’t work - what keeps me intrigued is my own speculation, not listening to a bunch of random people ramble about possibilities that came to nothing. Dragged the show out and totally killed any momentum
