Insightful

I found out about this podcast via 10% happier. I am not an entrepreneur but, as a French teacher, I tried to teach good leadership skills in my middle school students by teaching them how to lead the lesson. Having worked for bad leaders (bullies), I seek to help the next generation learn leadership skills from a strong positive place meaning that they need to be insightful about their own emotions. Listening to this podcast help me (1) think about how I lead as a teacher; (2) how I can support / coach my students; (3) helps me understand men better and makes me think about the biases I might have. I think this is important when I teach boys.
Thank you for creating this podcast, and the guests, thank you for sharing your humanity and vulnerability as it is helping me grow.
