I’ve found that people simply telling you how you should live your life, isn’t very effective method for me increasing my own long term growth.
What I love about this podcast is M.G focus on why the people do what they do (and not how). I think it’s the only podcast (I’ve come across) that has a focus on why and so very often leads me leaving the episodes looking into myself for my own how.
Can’t recommend this podcast enough.
This is a great podcast – fascinating guests and insightful host.
