Excellent podcast series so far guys, full of facts and fun stories…possible future podcast on the triple Bulgarian spy story that’s come out this week please.

Love the podcast but less of the 300lb orange toddler. I want to escape from the horrors of current affairs into the world of espionage

The chemistry between Gordon and David is excellent. They are clearly both very knowledgeable about the subjects. The content nicely bridges the gap between The Rest is Politics and the Rest is History, with elements of both drawn in. And the two episodes per subject hits about the right level of detail if, like me, you find one episode too little but seven episodes too much!

Fun fact- the name ‘Thule’ derives from a classical concept, deriving from the writings of the Greek geographer Pytheas circa 320BC who wrote of Θούλη, or Thule, location unconfirmed. but which for later writers- as ‘ultima Thule’ (farthest Thule) came to represent any distant place beyond the limits of the known world. Hence the naming of the site in Greenland.
