Sound levels

I really love your podcast which has been practically useful for me. But can you do something about the sound levels? I keep having to turn the volume up and down in the space of 10 seconds.

Great podcast

A great podcast that cuts thorough the noise and brings direct, pragmatic opinions on what's going on in all aspects of the world of work. I love the chemistry between James and Jane, makes for easy listening, serious subjects dealt with sensitively and often with humour. I also love the evidence based theories they find, using defintions and quoting sources. Keep up the good work you 2!
