Our Life is a Dream – Wake Up!

Our Life is a Dream – Wake Up!

The ancient texts of yoga wisdom share that, in one sense, The world we live in is an illusion or like a dream. When we are having a bad or fearful dream, there is no point in trying to correct our situation within the dream. Rather the solution is to wake up! The wisdom of the sages of the Srimad Bhagavatam is the way to do it.  (covers Srimad Bhagavatam 1.1.1-1.1.3)

Human Life is Meant For Inquiry Into the Absolute Truth

Human Life is Meant For Inquiry Into the Absolute Truth

Raghunath & Kaustubha discuss the answer to the big question by the sages, "How can people find complete satisfaction of the self?" The answer is pure devotion. They also discuss that human life is meant for inquiry into the absolute truth, that knowledge and detachment come automatically with bhakti, that much of the yoga (asana) in the West, as well as America in general, could benefit from some sattva guna, the slippery slope into tamas, and recalibrating on Mondays.

Review

Hi. Just wanted to say how much I love your show. I came to you from a random watching of a clip from your interview on the Joe Rogan Show. It has been great to hear all your teachings and stories. It all makes sense. All my love Mark.

Simply life-changing

I started listening to Wisdom of The Sages when it was just a few viewers on Raghunath’s Instagram page back in 2019.

My bestfriend and I were living out the boot of our car in Australia and tuning in each evening live on IG was the highlight of our day - we had only recently met devotees and we were becoming more inspired each day by reading Srila Prabhupada’s books on our travels but we had no devotees around us.

It wasn’t until we listened to ‘Wisdom of The Sages’ that Bhakti became real for us. Raghunath opened up a doorway into Bhakti Yoga for the ‘everyday person’ and his down-to-earth nature made us feel like ‘hey, maybe we could really give this Bhakti lifestyle thing a go!’.

Raghunath & Kaustubha are simply a match not made in this material world. They are so special. This podcast is the best thing in the world.

——————————

I took my first initiation a few weeks ago and I just wanted to share that here because without this podcast, I don’t know if I ever would of pursued Bhakti. This podcast saved me.

Thank you so much - you have no idea the impact this podcast is having on the world! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you also to everyone who supports this podcast in the background and helps contribute to it’s grand success.

Your humble servant, Pali-Gopi Devi Dasi (Cardiff, Wales)
